Delivery
- Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on order size, customization, and location.
- We operate 7 days a week to accommodate customer requirements, but delivery schedules remain subject to logistical and operational factors beyond our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customization and Quality
- For customized orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, designs, and approvals. Global Packaging is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
- We aim to maintain consistent quality standards; however, minor variations in color, finish, or size may occur due to the nature of manufacturing processes.

Cancellations and Returns
- Cancellation of an order after production has commenced may not be possible, or may be subject to charges for materials and work already completed.
- Returns or replacements for defective or incorrect products will be considered on a case-by-case basis; customers should contact us promptly upon receiving such goods.
